Fitness -
Improve cardiovasular strength, tighten and tone your muscles, condition your fast twitch muscle fibers for quick responses, and increase your overall strength.

Fun-
Hit heavy bags, use medicine balls, hit pads, workout with friends in a family enviroment, and listen to motivating music.

CARDIO-KICKBOXING:
T/W/F 7:30pm (60 minute classes)

TAI CHI:
W/F 9:00am (45-60 minute classes)

HOMESCHOOLERS CLASS:
M/TH 11:15am (45 minute classes)

BRAZILIAN JU-JITSU:
M/Th 8:00pm (one hour classes)
